Frets & Fingers: Basics of Fretted String Instruments

Foundational theory and playing technique applicable to any plucked or strummed fretted string instrument, such as guitar, lute, ukulele, mandolin, cittern, bouzouki, etc. Players of non-fretted instruments such as oud can also benefit. Primarily for beginning to intermediate players, but even experienced players might learn something new. Instructor has been playing guitar since the 1970s and teaching (and performing in the SCA) since the 80s.
